Awesome fun for kids (and adults too). Lots of bars and obstacles, trampolines and a big foam pit. They have after school and school holiday programmes.

My 9 year old daughter has been doing Parkour for a term and will continue. She thoroughly enjoys it. The guys teaching are professional, gentle and kind. She's challenged in a fun environment with constant changes. Well done Team Flow :)

This is a fantastic and safe facility. It's the perfect place for you and your kids to learn new skills. Friendly and welcoming, Flow will suit all ages and abilities.

This place is great, highly professional and committed coaches, relaxed environment and good music in the gym playing on the background. Very different place from those boring and very strict gymnastic gyms. My son loves it! And birthday party was a great success, all 12 kids enjoyed it a lot. Thank you guys :)

We couldn't recommend Flow Academy in Albany enough! My son was a wee bit shy & reserved so we wernt sure how he would get on it but with Dion & his team being so helpful, encouraging & supportive our son absolutely loved the Kids flow sessions! Our son recieved great guidance & we saw his confidence sore. He went from wanting to be last to try things to wanting to be first! Dion & the team are absolutely amazing and we highly recommend this place!

My kids love this place. We went along for a free trial and signed up the same day. Receptionist is lovely and helpful too. My children did the holiday programme for two days as well - they really enjoyed learning the new skills and I like that they are incredibly active!

Kids really loved it and the party activities were well structured. Might join them instead of gym ;)

My 7 Yr old is just getting started with Parkour but the clases have been great! They don't hold back and teach the technique in detail, they give them an extra push for them to get out of the comfort zone and see what they are capable, and very cool.

Went there with my kids for the open day and it was fun. They jumped around and did their own version of the parkour. It's one of the few options for parkour and my son enjoys his classes.

If only I lived in Auckland!!! This place is amazing. Sprung floors, cool equipment and some wonderful teachers passionate about giving kids and adults the ability to step into their 'flow' of fun, problem-solving, health, and fitness. Please bring it to Sydney.

Really cool concept, staff seemed to keep the kids happy... but they're serious lack of customer service with myself, the paying parent (not a cheap activity for a party) has totally put me off returning.

Really cool place! My son loved the drop in session and had a blast jumping into the foam pit! Plan on bringing him back in soon!

These guys are great, and their classes are very enjoyable (according to my kids). Highly recommended

Flow Academy is really good. The staff engage well with the kids and the kids love going each week. Amazing to see how quickly they progress.

Started classes here about a month ago, signing up was easy and struggle free! Coaches are always lending a helping hand and staff couldn't be nicer!!
