Funis EMS training is fantastic. It’s a super fast and efficient way to train and my body loves it. The staff are warm and welcoming and make the sessions fun, challenging and varied. At the end of the twenty minutes you feel alive and charged, ready to conquer anything.

The trainers are all amazing. The space is clean and tidy and you always feel welcome. There has only ever been 3 people in the studio (which includes me) when I go so it does feel exclusive without the pretence. The burn you get from this 20 minute work out makes you feel accomplished for days! I highly recommend it. Even if you're not an avid gym goer, it's worth the experience 😁

I train 4-5 times a week. But my 1st session at Funis was amazing. I am not a glutes guy. Sure no one is :) I could feel the burn on the whole body specially the muscle that I don't train more often - ABS and Glutes. I look forward for my next session :) Highly recommended. Definitely worth trying.

Great space and amazing trainers. 20mins is less timettime 1 TV show and I love being able to do a session knowing the right muscles are being worked and my pt is right on hand to help me with correct posture. You'd think just standing there and doing basic squats is meh but my muscles the day after definitely tell me I have been working them super hard. Thank you, Funis team. Your program enabled me to return to my everyday routine from my back and knee injury.

Experienced an EMS training trial for the first time with Funis EMS and I was super impressed with the beautifully presented EMS training gym. It was clean, bright and had very friendly staff members. The unique EMS training style was clearly explained to me and the benefits I would receive that would compliment other training workouts and exercise I'm currently doing. After the trial I decided to book 3 full sessions to see if I really like it and start to see results.
It is a quick 20 minute workout and has varied exercises all whilst supervised by an experienced trainer.
I've loved it so far and so has my body!

Friendliest trainers who will make you work hard to achieve your goals. Place is open, airy and clean. Best training I've done - only 20min for something equivalent to an hour in the gym.

Great workout! 20min a week and I'm in better shape than going to the gym 3 times a week! Plus more than 6 months never had any injuries unlike strength training in a typical gym. Highly recommended, I have signed on for another 12 months!

Fantastic! Sessions are only 20 minutes but works out your whole body like a hour and a half workout. Perfect for people with injuries as there is little impact on joints. Personal trainers are amazing as well!!

Love this work out! In just 20mins you get the deepest and most thorough muscle work out you will ever experience. You will hurt in places you didn't even know you had muscles. I can see why professional athletes add it to their training regimes.

I had no idea what I was in for! Pip got me ready, familiar with what was going to happen and then we kicked off. At first I thought this would be a walk in the park....how wrong could I be? I could see how this becomes addictive. The feeling 2 days later was totally unique. Give it a go.
