M. K.Hafsa is a great yoga teacher, pays attention to my postures and corrects me so I don't hurt myself. She helps work my way up to difficult postures by starting with simple ones first. Enquires if I have any injuries or if there's any part of the body I'd like to work on, for example, I always get a sore back. So she accommodates by incorporating back stretches into our routines. And she makes yoga fun, I have throughly enjoyed learning yoga from Hafsa!
K.Hafsa’s Candlelight Yin Yoga is one of a kind. I've tried many other yoga studios and classes, but none compare to this classes. This place is a true hidden gem. I always feel very peaceful and refreshed. Highly recommend 👍👍👍
