P. P.I initially came to Inlife to get my fitness back on track, starting with the 1:1 sessions well over 10 years ago now. I then joined the Saturday training group which I love, the sessions are fun, with a great group of people keeping my fitness and balance in check. Naz ensures the exercises match the person and their abilities.

Naz helps me to keep challenging myself physically and is very supportive with training for specific events eg, 10 k runs. She is able to adapt different exercises to cater for injuries or difficulties which means we are all able to keep exercising well as some of us enter our 60s.
