Have been going for two years. Invigorate is a great place where the community spirit is alive. The trainers are knowledgeable and keep you motivated. A great place to keep your fitness levels up. 10 THUMBS UP!!

I can't recommend invigorate enough. From the experienced trainers who are always there to ensure you get the best out of your workout, to the combination of personalised and group style training. Invigorate really has all the good stuff you want from a gym, with none of the bad. When you walk in the door people know your name (and not just the trainers), everyone's there to support one another with out ego or judgement. I started going to this gym 6 months ago. I have seen far better results and ACTUALLY go. The culture here is super welcoming and no matter what your fitness level, they will get you seeing results. I can not recommend this more highly.

I had never stepped foot in a gym before a friend convinced me to go along with her to try out Invigorate. After persevering through the first week I found I was really enjoying the workouts which are fun and challenging amongst a group of like minded people who are now like family! I have gained strength and fitness and it is the best stress reliever. I can't say enough good things about Matt - he is a fantastic trainer with a natural ability to encourage and motivate you to achieve your best and keep pushing - and I've come to realise without this I simply wouldn't work out...I need someone who helps me to push through. The other trainers are just as amazing and each bring their own skills. If you're thinking about trying Invigorate - don't hesitate. Best decision of my life for my health - period!

Love going to Invigorate Incinerate classes - The Trainers are fab and the other members are so encouraging and enthusiastic. Its a blast doing those classes. And it keeps me motivated to keep my fitness up.
