Reviews of Jetts Henderson
S.24 X 7; Huge place, lots of equipment, several TVs Separate boxing and floor exercise areas, lots of toilets and shower. Very clean, paper towel dispenser always filled up. Guessing this to be the biggest jetts in Auckland. Lots of parking outside.
L.My free trial was fantastic and I had Kieran as a personal trainer. He was great! He takes your program seriously and commits to making it work for you. He keeps you accountable and doesn't let you slack off. Join up by all means but not without Kieran to get you going. The facilities are clean and equipment easily accessible.

R.I've been a member at Jetts, Henderson for 3 years now. Gym has recently been renovated and has a weights area (absolutely love this) The manager Corrie is amazing. Shes friendly, helpful and knows her stuff!

A.Best value (average quality for below average prices). However, machines/TVs are often broken for several days in a row, the personal trainers never reply to texts/calls/emails, and shower wait times can be quite long in peak times.
Also, be aware that their staff do personal training during "staffed hours", leading to cases like this:
* Arrive at 6 pm. Staff busy training people
* Finally get seen at 630
* Decide to sign up at 640. Staff too busy training to sign me up. Staff goes home at 7.
* Cant sign up till next week, based on limited staff hours
M.Big, spacious, and well equipped gym. They also have separate boxing area with a door so the sound is isolated. As a gym, it’s perfect. As a facility/ building, not so much. The changing room/ toilet is furtherest away from the entry... which is not too bad. Some equipment are too close facing each other, for example, treadmill and lat pulldown. This is awkward for the oblivious reason. Door release to exit is well hidden to the side so if it’s your first visit, you’ll struggle to get out the building.
