L.I’ve been going Jetts for nearly a year and it’s been good. The staff are awesome but their machines needs to be upgraded.
The machines in this gym are just too old and they really need to be upgraded.

A.I go to Jetts manurewa every day after work and every morning when I’m off, I appreciate everything that Jetts gym has to offer myself 💪 ... great full to even get to work out and achieve what I need to, only down fall is members swiping non members in, not wiping down any equipments been used!!! And this morning seen a guy working out in is scuffs pretty sure he was not a member 🤦♀️ We all must pay so should everyone else!!!...☺️ Overall I’m happy to do my work out at Jetts .... thank you 🙏
F. S.Enjoyed this gym when I first signed up but eventually over time it seems like it's poorly managed. It gets stuffy and smells with all sorts of body odor when over crowded (perhaps needs to relocate to a bigger premises or install a fan and have more air con). A lot of machines are not working, No signs are placed for people to know, nearly injured myself during my workout on the treadmill as it just STOPPED!! Anyways, wipes are not constantly replaced have to do around the world in the gym to find one, bathrooms are dirty and majority of the people I come across does not bring towels and often leave their machines without wiping them after each workout.

T. M.I go here 5x a week. Overall it’s ok but there are some bits that needs to be fixed
I swear the paper towels and cleaning products were empty 3 days in a row. Had to walk around the whole gym just to get them to wipe down the machine after use.
Also, people don’t put back equipments after they use it & they don’t wipe them down. I feel yuck when I gotta wipe them down before using them or sometimes I would wipe it down while their looking so they would know what to do next time.
Dumbbells are left anywhere and also people leave their bottles lying around and also their paper towels.

A. T.I have edited this review as they have finally fixed the bikes..all but one. Toilets are always generally clean. Most members are very courteous to each other which makes it comfortable to work out in.
A. W.I am beginning to suspect that young gym goers (youth age) are tagging their friends into the gym. Saw this last night when a group of them came in straight after the staff left at 7pm. Probably explains why it gets so busy after 7. How is Jetts monitoring this and what is your procedure around members who are tagging non-members in?
