E. D.My wife and I have just joined Just Workout Milford. We gave up gyming together some 20 years ago and decided that it was time to get back into it and take better care of ourselves. This gym suits our needs perfectly. It has all of the equipment we need and the staff are simply amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help, support and encourage you. This is the beauty of a small gym environment.
