There's not a lot of people so it wasn't crowded which was great. However, the gym equipment and machines are a bit old.

The name says it all "JustWorkout". If you're looking for a comfortable atmosphere to workout this is the place, I recently joined the New Lynn branch and it's been a really positive change for me. I don't feel self-conscious here, and the staff are friendly and inviting. I never felt pressured to sign up but, the information and welcome I received on my visit inspired me to join. I recommend taking advantage of the personal trainer starter package if you've been out of the gym scene for a few years like me, I had a personal trainer matched to my personality type and needs, which is great. This offer wasn't pushed on me. I've had a go at Friday night Zumba too and had a lot of fun, they turn it into a disco scene, and there's no extra cost for the class. I highly recommend giving this gym a shot.

I like the name, Just work out so please don't talk to me hahaha just kidding. Overall I enjoy coming here, I do my own thing and that's what I like (no offence). Clean, Spacious and I can open a window upstairs (ladies gym). The previous gym had no windows for fresh air, can you imagine how trapped body odour scent is in the summer, ewww no thanks. so thank you just workout for having windows and a nice gym, Cheers 😊

Gym itself is a good size , cardio equipment is plentiful and modern, heaps of weight equipment, some of it is old but of high quality. Personally the best reason I go to this gym is that it's never overcrowded, even at peak times there is little or no wait to use equipment.

Am loving being back at this gym after being away for a while. Been some big changes, revamped layout, looks modern and spacious, seems brighter with more natural light and much cleaner too. The new TV screens in front of cardio are way bigger and crystal clear! Overall, more fully equipped than most gyms I've been to, has a wide range of weights, especially like the new touch screen cardio gear and have found the staff to be very helpful & friendly - basically a great atmosphere to work out! Also impressed with the first aid emergency station and having to attend a health & safety session to get 24 hour access. I feel safer knowing everyone’s done this - haven’t seen in other gyms!

Very big place to workout. Everytime I've been I haven't had to wait for things so that's great. Some of the equipment is a bit dated, but they have a lot of new stuff in there too. The male bathroom was a bit tricky to find to be honest but that could just be me. It is 24 hours which is amazing.

I joined JustWorkout gym New Lynn a few months back, wanting to change my whole attitude towards exercise. At first I was reluctant to go every week...until I attended David`s ZUMBA sessions on both Monday and Friday! David has a way of connecting to all types of people, he creates this fun, sassy and upbeat vibe that makes you want to give it 100% every time! Thank you David for sharing your positive energy with us every week, you are THE Queen.

Really enjoying being at Just Workout New Lynn just now....there is such a positive vibe from the minute you walk through the door. Staff are all super friendly and helpful, I am always greeted and feel welcome when I arrive. Great selection of classes, there is something for everyone. Yogalates and power are ones that I like to get to regularly. My fav class has to be David's Zumba..... so much fun! David's enthusiasm and energy is contagious, I always leave class with a smile knowing that I have had a great workout. (Monday and Friday night's are not to be missed.....disco lights and a real party atmosphere) Keep up the good work guys.

I joined Just Workout New Lynn to go to the zumba classes, initially I wasn't that impressed but when David started taking the class on a Monday night I was hooked!!! I've been to many zumba classes over the years and David's is by far the best!! his energetic style and caring nature is just awesome!! Thanks David, can't wait to see you this afternoon!

My friend asked me to attend her amazing Zumba class as her guest. I decided to go with her to the Monday night class. Without a doubt the most fun Zumba class I’ve ever done and easily one of the best cardio classes. Funky, easy to follow dance routines mixed with circuit like exercises, a great combo. I am very fit and it is rare that I leave a Zumba class sweating! We were asked to introduce ourselves to someone we didn’t know. I had so many people come up to me and welcome me. I immediately felt at ease. I have been with gyms for many years and that is the first time that has ever happened in a class. I feel I must prepare you for when you meet David. (Something I wish my friend had done)This attractive woman with a big smile came up to me before the class started and introduced herself as DAVID!!!!..... After my friend confirmed that that was indeed a/THEE David I fell in love with this gym even more. Congratulations to the management for creating such a welcoming and friendly environment where diversity is obviously embraced and people are free to be themselves. I have decided not to renew my membership at my current gym and can’t wait to attend David’s Monday and Friday night Zumba classes!

I have just joined Just workout in New Lynn and am loving it soo much. All of the staff are soo wholesome and kind. I have been going to Zumba with David (on Mondays & Fridays) for a few weeks now and my hunny absolutely makes working out fun. I love this Zumba class because David makes me feel like I can 100% be myself, let my hair down, sweat and just be in a room full of amazing humans who support and lift eachother with Davids energetic guidance. Zumba with David is perfect ✨
