Indoor pool is fairly cold which is not very pleasant to swim in especially for swim school as there's a lot of pauses and not a lot of movement to keep warm. Spa is fine and large enough to accommodate a good number of people. Member area changing room is fine, some locker locks are damaged. The shower area and the floor in the changing room in general could be kept cleaner.

Great facility for swimmers and families. It hasn't been too busy lately which makes it the perfect spot to cool down in the outdoor pool. There is a dive pool and slide - they close earlier in the day than the pool itself.

Had a great day, used indoor pool for the kids, stayed right upto closing. The lifeguards were awesome with kids and would chat to them. Facilities were clean too

Great pools (inc. diving boards and a small hydroslide) and lawn space for picnics. The only down side is a lack of parking during busy times, though there are extra carparks up the road if you don't mind a 2 min walk. Take a $2 coin if you want to use the lockers for your phone etc.

Decent pools, slides, dive pool, water play area and bathrooms. Alot of picnic tables with umbrellas but you gotta be quick. Free for under 16s however slides and dive pool you will need to pay for. Carpark is small but you can park in other locations within 5mins of walking.

Space becomes very tight in school holidays and I feel some uplifting is required ...pretty basic when it comes to facilities ...but for sure fun time with kids ...specially with slides ...

Staff are all so amazing—always friendly and very helpful! Membership bathrooms are always so clean and depending on hours you visit, gyms aren’t too packed, so it’s great!

very nice and clean pools compared to the others in south akl, although it's abit smaller. Friendly staff too but only 4 stars due to it being abit more pricey

Great place to relax and or exercise. The pools are clean and safe. There is always a staff member to help.

Great outdoor pool with lots of space around it to set up for the day... Very good for young children as well as older crowds.

Great open space indoors and out. Covered outdoor shallow pool for kids & picnic area. Clean facilities too.

Got outdoor activities, amiable staff, the inflatable obstacle was funny, woo slide was exciting ven dark, installing LED strip light inside recommended too. Pools are clean... Recommended.

Great area to visit, alot of space to park up and bring your family, there parking in the front and at the back of the pools, and the parking at the back has a playground.

Happy, friendly staff. Great pools and spa. Nice, clean toilets, showers and changing rooms. We don't use the gym, but it's facilities look good too. We think its a top 5 star complex!

Been coming here since I was a kid and it was called Swimarama. Now I come here with my kids. I like the pool complex with the big outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The diving boards and slide are a hit with my kids. And when the splash pad things are going in the indoor kid pool my little ones love it. Always clean and tidy when I come, staff are great to deal with too. Ample parking in front and back but can get real busy during summer holidays but that's to be expected. I also like the electronic lockers they have available also.

We hosted our son's birthday party here and had the most wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, the facilities are clean and well managed. Would recommend this facility for anyone. We will definitely go here again!

Lifeguards really nice, sucks outdoor pool is never open as swimschools take over most the pools and leave alot of unhappy gym members and customers 😑 spa is good and sauna is average as heat depends on an outside button that Lifeguards press. Other than that good place . Bring on summer when outdoor pools open

Excellent pool and leisure centre. Outdoor pool is large with lap spaces (not many). Have a joint place for toddlers to introduce them to water. Kids will definetly enjoy. Best for water plays. Indoor pools are also good and bit warm. Nice for those who dont like to be in sunshine. Indoor pool lap space have splitted like play, slow, medium, fast

Good venue for swimming lessons. My biggest annoyance is how yhe toilets always smell or urine and sometimes some of the cubicles. Annoying for staff but some people are gross.

The pools are really nice and clean. The heated floors and heat lamps in changing rooms make winter trips a lot easier! Health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to. Staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is a great temperature. Great facility all round

Great gem of the city even for just the pools. Heaps of space and grass to sit and picnic before having a swim, play on the splash pad, ride the hydroslide or watch those doing sweet bombs off the high board (then attempt a graceful belly flop) We have also used the swim school & gym just great little extras outsidecsummer

Very good indoor and outdoor pools for different age groups. Great facilities and friendly staff.

Definitely an older facility, but still very well kept. It has an outdoor pool and hydroslide that is open in the summer. Then a lane pool, children's pool and adult only spa inside. The gym facilities are great with a good mixture of free weights and machine weights. Memberships include a free consultation and the gym staff are very friendly. Would absolutely recommend it.

Good and clean premises. Outdoor pool is really nice (indoor pool is under maintenance works). Kids had a blast in the water slide!

Amazing. Loved it. Went in with my 2 year old - who was swimming for the first time, and she loved it as well. Plenty of options for all levels. The facility was clean as well.

Such an amazing public pool. Easy to park, we arrived at 11am when the slide, dive board and inflatable were opened and the kids had a blast.

I went there for a great school trip its amazing also really really clean there unlike a few other pools i lowve it lots of places where u can enjoy there. In every part of the pools there is a lifeguard which is really good for little kids🙃🙃

Had a fab day out with grandkids. Just wish they'd offered us a pass or explained that the activities were all extra $. Nevertheless we paid for them all individually and the kids had a great time

Good spots for swimming.Picnic.Bbq.Family oriented.Make sure you supervise your children.Have swimwear appropriate for swimming.Toddlers have a swimware nappy on.Clean your mess as you go,so others can enjoy public places too.

This is one of our usual summer place. Outdoor pool is really good. Lot of space & shade for picnic. Kids love the water slide & play area. Indoor pool usually busy with swimming lessons. Spa & sauna quite nice for winter time. Entrance fee is reasonable. Car park near the center is usually full but they got another car park up on the road near the traffic lights.

We want for whānau splash day and it was great. We want to return again for birthdays etc and bring food and gazebos for a day's worth of fun. Kids loved the aqua run (inflatable obstacle course), the hydroslide, but were too little for the diving board. Plenty of room in the pools and the lap pool is fairly shallow the whole way through. Good sized changing rooms. Children under 16 are free but pay a nominal charge for unlimited turns on the activities mentioned above. Lockers are available for coins, or use the free cubby holes provided. There is a food stall on site too.

Pretty decent indoor and outdoor pool. Staff are typically good and it is reasonably clean. I remember first visiting there in the 1990s. The pools were in pretty bad shape then, and the changing rooms were really dirty with a horrendous cockroach infestation. Also the pools had a lot of broken tiles. I sliced my foot open on them once. Thankfully the pools have improved a lot since then. One thing is that sometimes there are school bookings and they use up a lot of the outdoor pool for example, but there is no notification online that I could find. It would be good if the lane availability was accessible online.

My two boys love the ole Swimarama.. We make a point to go ONLY during the summer period. Aquarun and Hydroslide always a dependable hit

This is a great place to take yourself or the family. I still remember the great memories of coming here as a child in the 1980's. It's easy to find right near the large Panmure roundabout and next to the Panmure basin. The car park size is ok too. The pools look well maintained and the staff are friendly and happy to help.

Our kids love this place especially during summer. The slide and the aqua run they enjoy!

The pool is awesome and great in summer. The outdoor pool is huge and outdoor BBQs are awesome you can spend the day here. The outdoor toddler splash pad is great when it's operating, ring ahead to check.

The facilities are absolutely spotless. I really love watching families have an awesome time. Very magical.

Good local gym and pools. Well priced council pool run by the YMCA. Gym is always pretty quiet at lunchtime

First visit yesterday, really impressed with the space, and while the car park was full, because of the size, it didnt feel like too many people there...

We pay $35 per week, thus covers two children's swimming lessons and two adults using all facilities including gym and pool across all YMCA gyms in Auckland. Great value and friendly staff

A very nice pool the only thing that needs improving is that you guys should start heating or getting a cover or something to warm the outside pool. I also suggest putting in a hottub/spa for kids as there is only one for adults.😁

This is a good family, leisure and fitness place to go but what would be helpful if you could please put the prices of a normal swim for each age group on the website so we can plan in advance. Thanks good pool otherwise

I do recommend the place and the gym , spa , swimming pool well cleaned look after actually awsome place . Awsome trainers at the gym great fitness classes definitely worth it for what you paying and great staff really friendly trainers and the people at the counter thanks guys 😁

If you want a place to train and be a part of the community, Boxfit Studio is it. Do the weight loss challenges, push-up challenges and do boxing classes with an experienced team.

Good clean pool just wish there was more privacy. (Boys come with their mothers in women's changing rooms.)

It's OK, the hot pool is not that great but the indoor and outdoor pools are pretty big. The sauna was closed when we went and I think 12 dollars pp is a bit steep for what you get.
