Good gym, smaller than Vic Street but less crowded and has better aircon. Classes are pretty good too

Great location. The opening hours are very limited, they use to be a lot better. But with covid having a large hand in gyms around it’s understandable. They should have a lot more clocks or digital timers all around the gym.

The Britomart Les Mills has all the equipment you need, but it's great if you prefer cardio since there is a huge cardio area with lots of machines.

Really nice Gym. Some find its large size a positive others less (personal choice really) so but all in all its a fine gym with great equipment and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend

Not an issue with the actual gym but head office a different story.Received a written email offer in which I accepted I was subsequently charged a joing fee not mentioned in the specified quote. Despite fone and email discussion no joy instead of honouring the quote Les Mills continues to insist a joing fee is ALWAYS applicable despite my written quotes some of which specify a joining fee other options do not. We are talking about $29 dollars in a years membership.Its not the dollars but the attitude if We are right you are wrong despite me having the written evidence. Versus "its always this way"!!!

A good gym and very helpful staff. Does get very busy and crowded weekdays. Monday’s are always packed full so I don’t even bother going on Mondays. Good music, sauna is a plus. I love it!

This gym is a little smaller than Auckland City gym, so it’s more often packed with people. Especially during weekdays after 3pm. But I love their facilities and the big changing room. They also run virtual group fitness classes very late evenings/early mornings.

Conveniently located, friendly staff and good range of equipment and machines. Tidy facilities and gym area. Also a plus being in the middle of the city and with access to the subsidized car parking building next door.

Awesome place to workout. Haven't tried any of the classes as yet, but looking forward to it. There are staff/trainers on the gym floor ready to help you if you need any tips or spot you. It might get very crowded during peak times. It's the price you pay for a such a central location 🤸

I love this gym to be honest.. the instructors were super friendly and always ready to help you if you are confused or not doing correctly your workout. Best place to have a warm sauna after workout.

Clean facility. High quality and new equipment. But very crowded at peak times. Group fitness classes regularly way overcrowded at lunch and early evening times. Doesn't provide towels but has stickers everywhere saying to use a towel. Very expensive and they compel you into yearlong contracts. Ultimately I believe low value for money.

Started going recently. I like the fact the personal trainers don't hound you for business. Other places do this and its off putting. The huge TV screens show sport and the equipment is very good. Always clean. Tad expensive but most things are in New Zealand

I came to Les Mills this past weekend wanting to purchase a two month membership as a surprise for my son. Once done, I texted my son with the news, only to find that he is heading off to Spain in a month for his OE. I returned to Les Mills, explained my situation and was told I would be contacted Monday. Get this...I WAS contacted on Monday and I was told I was being given a one month refund(after my son said to kiss that money goodbye). Both Andrea and Kim were incredibly friendly, conscientious, honest and prompt. I do not believe Les Mills had any responsibility to refund my money as I had signed a contract and was the one who made the mistake. I am incredibly impressed and grateful. Thank you Andrea, Kim and Les Mills.

It's a good gym with good facilities and equipment. But my main issue with this place is the lack of squat racks. They have 2. And only one heavy lifting platform. Needs more

Good gym, they gave me a one week trial, this is a busy city gym, good weights area, good selection of cardio equipment, mostly corporates and students, very busy between 5-7pm.

Amazing atmosphere and awesome looking gym but my personal beef with it is that it's to crowded, and the people they target seem to be quite arrogant which is really not their fault but and I wish it was 5 stars I just can't take waiting for 10 min to use a machine
