m. e.I went and checked out this gym when travelling recently. Joel and the team we’re very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and powerlifting. The equipment was all great and the gym had an awesome vibe. I would definitely recommend checking this place out or making it your local!

From beginner to experienced the team at North Shore Barbell are there to help you on your way to be becoming a better you! I have been a member here for a few years now and there's no other place like it... Heaps of platforms, benches and squat racks all with top Eleiko equipment and your competition specific needs! Chalk is allowed, there's 24/7 access, you can play your own music and expect good banter with other members, and Monster energy drinks are always ready to go. The bonus is that you get to train alongside some of New Zealands best athletes!
