This gym creates such a friendly and welcoming environment for new members. Attentive and well rounded coaches make all the difference and I really have trust in the programming from all the experience that Darren brings. Highly recommend, awesome for beginners or if you wanted to push yourself and learn new things.

I've been at this gym for almost 5 years and the depth of knowledge from the coaches still astounds me. The workouts cater to all levels of fitness so even if you don't think of yourself as an athlete there will definitely be a scaled version suitable for you. My second home! It took me a little persuading in the beginning but now 3 years later I couldn't be more hooked! The coaches are world class, the community is a family and most importantly you get looked after! You know that Daz and the coaches have you in their best interest. When it comes to working out.. There couldn't be anything better than doing it surrounded the most supportive bunch of like minded team mates. No more wandering around a gym for hours, achieving nothing and not speaking to a single soul. Life changing? You couldn't wish for better!

Darren and team CFNZ are extremely professional and have always shown a personal interest in my progress.
