K.Easily one of the BEST workouts I've had in all of Auckland!! The staff there are amazing - always so welcoming and friendly and clearly really passionate about what they do (without making you feel overwhelmed!). They do a great job of mixing up the strength and cardio to keep the class moving quickly. I always end up leaving their classes feeling like I've pushed myself to work my hardest, keeping me motivated to come back for more. Highly recommend!
J.Gutted I had to leave Auckland. Probably the best gym in the world. Rhys and Kieran turn it UP. And they’re legends.
T.Absolutely awesome! Love the ‘club’ concept, the coaches are fantastic and modify all exercises as need be, and the classes are super! Great workout for all ages and no unnecessary paperwork or questions - you are there just for you!
O.My favourite place to work out. Coach Rhys and the team are so lovely and the gym has such a great vibe. Also coffee and smoothies on site are a plus!
