I have been a member for two years now and Andfit has helped me become a fitter, stronger and happier person.

J. S.I've just completed 6 personal-training sessions with Jason Sinclair at Andfit. The box and equipment were clean and in good order, and the sessions were well planned, focused, and professional. Jason has a real focus on getting the fundamental movements right in weightlifting and gymnastics, neither of which I had ever done before. I'm looking forward to attending the regular sessions! I can highly recommend the gym and Jason as a coach.

A. T.I dropped in to a 9am class on a public holiday. This is a super friendly group that made me feel like part of their box from the moment I walked in the door.
Jack was an excellent coach, this was displayed by his classroom management, movement demos and scales, and clear expectations and directions.
Everyone hung out after the wod to chat and mobilise.
I will be recommending this box to other travellers and would come back myself if given the opportunity.
