Amazing, professional and fun. Such perfect length workouts (45mins) which always leave me feeling lighter and happier. I've been seeing Sarah for almost 2 years now - and my health has improved dramatically in that time.

A truly amazing instructor that cares about getting you to your best health and fitness level. I started as a beginner never having done pilates before and now 18 months later I can keep up on the advance level (most days). I would recommend Sarah at So Inspired Fitness for anyone, I have struggled to find a place that worked with my personal health issues and Sarah was willing and successful at finding what worked for me specifically and safely.

I can't speak highly enough of Sarah's So Inspired Beachcamps. They are amazing. I love how Sarah works hard to ensure we are all having fun, enjoying our workouts, feeling safe in this covid environment and still pushes us to do our best and reach our personal goals.

Sarah has created not just a fitness class but a fitness community of people who support and challenge eachother. Her workouts are creative and fun while still being challenging. Her bootcamps make me want to get out of bed early on a Saturday morning to sweat it out at the beach!

Always enjoy sessions with Sarah - you leave feeling invigorated, but very relaxed. Lovely, informal workouts with small groups of people - with plenty of personal attention and work-arounds when needed.

Sarah is amazing she always takes the time to explain how to do the exercise, continually monitors you to make sure you are ok, and explains what area the excercise is targeting. Sarah follows up with you to see how you are after the class. Highly recommend.

Throughly enjoy Sarah’s Pilates classes. I leave feeling energised and strong. Perfect balance of not being too hard that you feel you are failing at everything, but really does push you just the right amount. Good for all levels of fitness. I enjoy the small classes at her home. Always a good laugh occurs too. Outside of the class she’s also wonderful at providing advice and ideas around food. Some yummy recipes shared too! If you’re pondering, give it a shot you won’t regret it!

Sarah is AMAZING! So patient and helpful in her suggestions of ways I can still exercise without damaging my hip. Following surgery, she guided me and kept up my motivation. Sarah is so experienced not only in fitness and exercise but fabulous with healthy eating as well
