The best gym in the east. Real humble and family oriented gym, Des and Shar have created a hard working and family approach to the gym. Ive tried many other gyms in and around east this had been the best so far! All people all shapes and ranges of fitness are welcome at Strength Tech. At every class, always learning new techniques and training at Strength Tech, no class is the same. Tabata Tuesdays always got me wrecked!

Dez and Shar are some of the most down to earth people you'll meet. When you enter their gym you're not just a client, these guys will treat you like family. Dez who is the owner and head trainer at ST has a wealth of knowledge and experience - the best thing is that he started his health journey being well overweight and deconditioned and now he's one of the fittest guys I know so he can relate to you. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a gym to call home that produces long term results.
