I have always loved this gym. My first ever gym to join. Nothing but family fun vibes and awesome sessions. The trainers ensured members technique was on point and a safe environment. I will cherish every memory from this gym. The laughs, the fails, the PBs. Thank you for teaching me that putting myself first is never something to feel guilty about. Lastly, apologies for those in the same classes as me. My breathing was so ugly lol. Suzanna, you were the best and reliable 6am member hahaha. Peace out, God bless xx

Definitely a recommended gym to be part of in West Auckland (Henderson). Gym culture is definitely a big thumbs up, you'd definitely feel you belong to a community of people who supports and share the same passion for growth and fitness goals.

Strongside is more than just a gym, its a family. Jed and Vani are amazing people and they make you feel welcome and part of the crew. The gym is clean and modern and simply just awesome

Great community focused gym with all the equipment and resources you need to build your fitness. The 2 owner operators Vani and Jed are passionate about helping you meet your fitness goals and are hands on running classes and offering personal training.

Awesome customer service from personal trainers who make an effort to get to know you and help you out wherever you are in your fitness journey. Positive vibes, community feel and great range of equipment and classes. Couldn’t recommend more!

Hands down the best gym I have ever been to! It has taken me a while to find a place where I feel comfortable, but I have finally found it! Strong Side is a place where everyone feels welcome. Hats off to Vani and Jed for making such a brilliant environment 💪

Great gym to train at. The people are great, both staff and other members. If you want a gym to train at where everyone is encouraging and helpful, then this is the place for you.
