Small groups with creative workout sessions every time that keep you motivated and focused on success. Lots of one on one support and guidance to keep you accountable and on track as well as nutritional plans available.
After just 3 weeks I have had really good results and I have noticed such a difference in my fitness I am stronger and healthier than I have for a while now! It has really improved my mental health as well, I am so much happier! Really recommend giving this place a go!

Joining Swanfit has been the best decision I have made for my health and fitness.
I did the 6 week challenge and loved it so much I signed up for 12 months. 5 months later I have lost 20kgs and am loving going to classes every day.

I used to hate any sort of exercise and avoided going to the gym at all costs when I came across the SwanFIT six-week challenge. I'm so happy I decided to get out of my comfort zone and join! Signing up to one of the legendary SwanFIT six week challenges was the BEST decision that I made for myself & my wellbeing - so much so that I've signed on for another year. I have always been one to quickly lose interest/motivation at a more 'traditional' gym - but with SwanFIT.. I can't get enough! No two workouts are the same, when showing up for a class you know you're going to have a great workout & a whole lot of fun while doing it! Initially joined SwanFIT for the 6 week challenge advertised thinking it would be a quick fix to help me lose some weight. Quickly realised through Tom & Sophie's guidance that this was about a lifestyle change. That's it's about learning to put yourself first and challenging your boundaries no matter how much you internally complain about things being difficult. Costs a wee bit more than a standard gym membership but totally worth it! Don't regret it one bit!

I joined Swan Fit 10 months ago, for a 6 weeks challenge, just wanted to get rid of a few kilos. My experience with other gym ( I was a member for 6 years) wasn't success because of lack of motivation and accountability, i was skipping training sessions despite of my bank account was debited weekly for gym fees.
During the challenge I was held accountable and surprisingly for myself,
i attended all required sessions and followed the nutrition plan, which was easy because there is plenty of food and i was never hungry.
What i achieved by the end of the challenge was far more then just a weight loss - more energy, healthy eating habits, good night sleep.
So i signed up for an annual membership and this was my best decision, i can say this after 8 months with the Swan team. Every workout is fun, environment is friendly and encouraging, there is also a continuous support available via facebook page.
Swan Fit is very special and I cannot thank Tom and Sophie enough for what they are doing for me and other Swan members, and of course i highly recommend Swan Fit!

Absolutely loved the 6-week transformation challenge! It was a great decision to sign up and I have pushed myself beyond what I thought was capable thanks to Tom and Sophie. They have set up an incredible program that contains everything needed to succeed. From daily meal plans, 3 in house workouts, 2 home workouts, goal setting, weekly weigh ins, and keeping me accountable the whole way through has been paramount for reaching my goals. The workouts are awesome which consist of small groups where technique is a focus - ensuring we are getting the most from our workout! Tom and Sophie definitely know what they are doing and have taught me a lot. They are extremely motivating and supportive. The classes are extremely challenging and fun and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking to increase fitness, lose weight, increase energy levels and feel great! I am super stoked at the results I have achieved and am excited to continue my new health and fitness lifestyle. This has been a great kick start and exactly what I needed! Thanks guys! :-)

I started the SwanFIT challenge to loose some weight, improve my fitness and gain strength in my wrist post surgery. Tom and Sophie helped me to achieve all of these goals and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute!
I have never been a member of a gym before as I hated the judging that came with it and felt too self conscious so I used to work out by myself. But after my injury I found it hard to get back into my rhythm. SwanFIT gave me the huge push I needed while catering for my every need with my injury. They adapted every class for me with alternatives to the exercises I couldn’t do but they also encouraged me to try new things when they saw my strength and fitness improving. My physio saw huge improvements in my wrist and I am now on track to get back to work this week. I have also lost over 4kg’s, 13cm’s over my whole body and 5.5% body fat!
The nutrition plan they provided was detailed enough so that I didn’t feel too restricted, yet simple enough that it wasn’t overwhelming. Tom and Sophie also offered a lot of support and reassurance along the way with meal ideas and an online support page and encouraged a great sharing environment between me and the other girls also on the same journey. It’s great how they make each person accountable and have several weekly tasks to keep you on track.
The work outs are gruelling but in the best way! I am pushed to the max every time I go and leave feeling proud of the work out I just completed! The groups are small and it really feels like personal training. My fitness levels have improved immensely and now I’m hooked. I have joined SwanFIT and will continue to follow the nutrition plan to reach new goals that we set together.
I felt Tom and Sophie were both very transparent about the $550 fee or deposit and I fully understood that the return of this money was based on the goals set. It was a risk I took willingly and I would recommend it to anyone!
I can’t wait to see what results I can achieve with SwanFIT this year after seeing such progress in just 6 weeks!

I have been at SwanFit for 2 years now and I can honestly say it's changed my life. My approach to exercise and eating has completely changed. Of course I still have moments where I struggle but both Tom and Sophie have created a unique and personable community where you have a whole group of awesome girls and trainers cheering you on. I can't imagine my life without Swan now, it's become integrated into my life and I definitely recommend it to anyone that's wanting to change things up. You won't regret it :)

Been a member of SwanFIT now for a year and have never before kept to a gym regime like it. The fact that Tom and Sophie can motivate me to get up in the 4's to be at the gym at 5am and attend 5 classes most weeks show just how fun, different and challenging the classes can be. There is a style of class that suits everyone, there a good option of times to suit most lifestyles and the girls I train with keep me motivated to want to better myself and work hard to achieve results.
I travel over to the Shore to attend SwanFIT when I have a larger more accessible gym two blocks from home. It just goes to show you will commit when you find the right exercise, programme and the right trainers for you!

I went back to a normal gym to get fit last year, but again my motivation to go got the better of me, until I invested in myself to Swanfit. This gym has completely changed the way I look at working out. The variations of classes are epic and they leave you excited and motivated to come back. The 6 week challenges are awsome, with the support you get from both trainers, but the group support is like a family. I've lost 10% body fat and all my weight that I gained from just enjoying myself and a better understanding on food.

For ages I’ve been wanting to find a place that I enjoy going to an I have now found it.
That was 2 years ago and love every minute I’m there.
It was just what me and my best friend needed.
I have been able to get back into running and have completed a half marathon ( I was even faster than I was when I did my 1st one in 2010)
My fitness is the best it’s ever been.
They help you with everything from workouts, nutrition and support.

For the first time EVER, I am really enjoying training at the Gym, which is of course the SwanFIT establishment. This is run by Sophie and Tom, they are extremely dedicated to each and every one of their members, I appreciate the personal touch and attention to detail such as when my measurements went the wrong way, a moment later Sophie was in touch asking what's going on, plus I really enjoy the structure and variety of the classes, all in all a good experience, if you are in a fitness rut, I would highly recommend coming and checking this place out.

Want a ‘lifestyle’ change then SwanFIT is the place for anyone! Saying I was unfit would have been an understatement and needed to do something QUICK... stomach surgery was not the way I wanted to get healthy either. I am in week 5 of my 6 week challenge and happy with my progress so far, nearly 10kgs and 14cm off. Classes are amazing, fun and challenging too. Tom and Sophie work hard to ensure that your techniques are on point and provide alternative exercises that work with your personal needs. The meal plans are fantastic which says a lot coming from someone with a long list of food allergies. You have to be committed and do your food prep but this just becomes part of your new lifestyle. SUPPORT... this is endless not only from Tom and Sophie but from ALL the Swans, they are like family, they encourage you during workouts and give feedback online. I love the friendly team environment in the 5am classes, these ladies ROCK! I’m committed and have signed up for another year... don’t sit and think about it... DO IT!

I've just completed the Swanfit 6 week challenge and it was so amazing I went on to sign up for another year! I'm very happy with my results after 6 weeks, I can't wait to see what 12 months will bring me! Was quite nervous signing up for the 6 week challenge as I didn't know what to expect when I have never trained in group settings but the group is small enough to get the coaches attention so you never feel like you are just a number. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you're at, they are always there to teach you the right forms and techniques and build you up from there. Tom and Soph are such incredible coaches and they genuinely want to help you with your fitness goals. Everything is thought out for you so you just need to follow the programme diligently and you will definitely see results. The daily training sessions are always different and they are tough but you will thank them for it! You leave class feeling accomplished and pumped! Also love that Swanfit is very organised. Their systems and apps are really easy to use for booking in your classes, tracking your progress etc. and they always send out email reminders for your upcoming classes/appointments. Another great thing about Swanfit is the SwanQueenss! All the other ladies have also been so lovely and it's just a very nice vibe (with a great sense of humour which I love!) whenever you're at Swanfit. There are no judgments and you know you can be totally yourself as we are all in this together. Hashtag Swanfam! haha If you are seriously thinking about changing your lifestyle and being happy (and not just a quick 6 weeks and I'm done), join Swanfit! You will love it! I wanted to get back into being active and living healthier after a year of dealing with grief, serious depression and not wanting to do anything because of it. I decided to throw myself into a 6-week challenge after seeing a Swanfit ad on Facebook and it was one of the best decisions I've made this year.
Tom and Sophie are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, which made me feel comfortable and genuinely excited about starting the challenge with them. The workouts are intense and push me further than I thought I could go (I may have occasionally questioned my life choices during a challenging workout or two) but those guys are right there to support and cheer you on to push through. The sense of achievement afterwards is unbeatable.
Another thing I love about Swanfit is that I'm surrounded by a real group of diverse women who are also pushing themselves to be their best self, which is an inspiration in itself, but there's a sense of camaderie and support from them as well that I haven't experienced in group workouts at previous gyms before. By week 3 of the challenge, I realized I felt happier than I'd been in a long time. By the end of the challenge, I was doing exercises I couldn't imagine doing before, I'd gotten to know some amazing people, I've lost a good amount of weight and I got stronger.
If for some insane reason this hasn't convinced you and you need further proof that Swanfit is the real deal, there is actual footage of me dancing like an idiot amongst some of the other Swanfit girls for one of the Swanfit videos; the only reason I did that sober is because I truly feel these guys are legit and their program works, so long as you're willing and prepared to put in the hard work to match as well.

I have just completed the 6 week challenge and absolutely loved it! Never did I think that I would do anything like this but I am so glad that I did. With the great support of Tom and Sophie I pushed my boundaries with my fitness levels and got out of my comfort zone. After the 6 week challenge I was able to reach my goal, increase my fitness and energy levels, and overall I'm feeling really good. Even though the classes were hard, I enjoyed every minute of it. Tom and Sophie are absolute legends!!. I have done two 6 week challenges with Swanfit. The first challenge I lost round 6-7 kgs. Not a massive loss but with the weight loss and the meal plan they made personally for me, it got me on the road to a much healthier lifestyle. The second 6 week challenge I lost around 5kgs. I am the lightest I have been in years and I am the fittest I have been in years all thanks to them and I have kept of the weight and continue to lose little by little.They push me every class I go to and support me at Swanfit and outside of swanfit. I have been going there just over a year now and have seen great results as I follow exactly what they say. There is no quick fix or special diet. It’s eating better and giving everything you have at every workout and more. These negative comments are just sad people who have nothing better to do and bag on Swanfit. You are properly that type of person who doesn’t listen to guidance and expect a quick fix or just by turning up you think you will get results without the hard work. You need to put in the work!!.. Come to swanfit if you want to see a real change, push yourself further than you though you could and join a great group of people who are all aiming for the same goal. Love the Swanfit family !!

I’m almost finished my 6 week challenge and I just want to say how life changing joining SwanFIT has been! I went from doing no excercise each week, eating a lot of takeaways to working out 5 days a week, and eating clean! It has given me so much more energy, and even my skin feels a lot clearer. I use to struggle to get up in the mornings and get to work and now I’m getting up at 4am to work out before work 😁 The thing I love the most is that Tom and Sophie are such real down to earth people who truly want to help you achieve your goals and they do it in a way that is realistic to living! They don’t starve you and they will motivate the heck out of you. It’s for all fitness levels as well, DEFINITELY don’t be put off if you think your not fit enough because everyone has to start somewhere. Swan fit gym is an amazing community. It has a great environment vibe and passionate feel about it. Sophie and Tom have done a spectacular job of bringing women together to support and push and inspire one and other.
The work outs are hard but fun and regularly changing so there is no boredom or staleness to any sessions that they provide. Tom and Sophie are on to each individul with options that work for each of us with alternatives and options so that your get the best out of each session.
I have been struggling to get motivated but the group classes and environment have made me want to go even when I am feeling tired and not in the mood. But I alway leave having had a ball. Thank so much Swanson for the time and energy your put into making the gym that way it is.

Taking part and ultimately completing the 6 week challenge was something I could do just for me. Away from the stresses of work, home, and caring for children, this was something I could control and achieve, when everything else in my life seemed so chaotic. The classes are fun, and challenging and Tom and Sophie are very supportive and adapt the programme according to our needs if we have any injuries. I would highly recommend the 6 week challenge to anyone who wants to lose weight, feel stronger and be in control of their health and fitness. The varied timetable and type of classes, keeps it interesting, and makes it easy to fit the gym sessions around family, and the fact that they are 40min sessions means you can be home within an hour. I have enjoyed it so much I have continued my membership so I can keep the lifestyle I have become accustomed to, and I don't want to undo the amazing results I have achieved so far.

Ive been a member of the SwanFit squad now for almost 1yr. I loveeeed my old gym, so finding at new one that I loved as much (if not more!!) was always going to be tough. I was skeptical before starting my 6week challenge, but thought it would be a good taster... 3weeks in I was hooked! ... 1year later, I can honestly say I have never felt more motivated to get to the gym... I love my 5am classes and 5am crew... Now a gym that gets you so motivated and excited to set your alarm for an ungodly hour of the morning has to be good!! In May this year I signed up to do the six week challenge, after seeing the ads on face book. I had been looking for some kind of gym, or exercise classes, that would be welcoming, nonjudgmental and would push me. I get anxious joining anywhere new, fear of being judged, will everyone be young and fit, will I look stupid, even down to not being able to park, so I very nearly did not turn up for my initial appointment, but im so glad I did. All the women are lovely and welcoming, no ones judging you and your only in competition with yourself. The classes are varied, Tom and Sophie are fantastic, its like having a personal trainer every class, they really push you to reach your potential. and are genuinely invested in your fitness journey. I have lost weight, toned up, loved how I was feeling and joined up. Thoroughly recommend Swanfit, im glad I had the courage to walk in, do it you wont regret it!!!

Love this gym! And of course the people! Their famous 6 week challenge was my entry point and the results were the best I have ever experienced in such a short time. Absolutely loved my 6 week fitness and nutrition challenge with SwanFIT! As someone who's worked in the health and fitness industry in the past, has drifted in and out of other gym franchises for years not being that impressed, but wanting and needing a magic bullet to kick in and get actual results, Tom and Sophie's training, coaching and mentoring has been first class. They have designed a range of excellent and varied classes, with a focus on proper technique, and each session you get some personalised feedback and you are definitely pushed and encouraged to go that extra mile. Working hand in hand with nutrition, and with high accountability techniques, you gain so much more than just attending fitness classes. There's a cool vibe and family feel amongst the team, and always a good laugh and fun whilst smashing out your goals. The 6 week challenge was an absolutely life changing experience. Physically I lost 6kgs in 6 weeks which was an incredible achievement, however the real benefit for me was how this shifted my mindset towards life. I have regained so much confidence in my ability to achieve goals, I am feeling so much more motivated and empowered to tackle any challenge that life throws at me. I couldn't have done this without the structure of the programme and the ongoing support and motivation from Tom and Sophie throughout the process. When I started SwanFit I just came out of respite, for being convinced that my family was better off without me. I have been battling depression for the past 5years. It started as postnatal depression and just consumed my being.
I have no idea why I responded to your Facebook advert and still can't believe that I did. I was terrified!!! I can say so many good things about SwanFIT and the two people behind it, but for ME... it saved my life.
Yes, I still have low and lower days, but haven't been to the point of no return again. SwanFIT has been the one constant thing that I can control and rely on. I know that I can walk in there and say I am not having a good day and Tom and Sophie will look after me. They know exactly when to push me and when to let me just take a breather.
Some nights my thoughts are overwhelmed with negativity and these two amazing people will spend 45min of my day building me up from the ground, without knowing it.

I really believe in Tom and what he can help you achieve in terms of your health and fitness goals, he is a fantastic coach and the results I have achieved with SwanFIT’s help during the recent 6 week challenge are amazing and I am genuinely grateful for that. Unfortunately the contract I signed on starting the challenge came with an assurance that if I stuck to the plan I would lose the required amount of body fat to get my $550 bond back. I stuck to the plan and disappointingly did not meet the body fat goal. I feel that it is poor form to make assurances that cannot be guaranteed. Ironically it would have been cheaper for me to sign up for the most expensive membership for 6 weeks than it was for me to do the “free” 6 week challenge. I highly recommend SwanFIT but would go for the more transparent weekly rate.

You will be held accountable, but really it's only you who can make it happen. Why I am a convert Swanfit believer:
I have never enjoyed group training sessions. The few times I have tried them in the past, I always felt left behind, confused trying to catch up with the rest of the group, self-conscious of my poor performance, inadequate as I didn’t belong, disconnected from the Trainer who would always be frantically jumping up and down on top of a stage as though he/she were a Rock star performing in front of a horde of fans. Often, I ended up with injuries that would take days to heal.
In the past I have had periods of training hard at the gym, having a very strict diet and changing my life so it would only evolve around this. I would cut myself off from everyone else who wouldn’t adhere with my routine or who I felt would jeopardise it. I would always get results but a great price: my happiness and mental health. After a while, this model would become too hard to stick to and too emotionally draining; at which point I would give in into an uncontrollable spiral of binge eating and a feeling of insatiable hunger would take over. All the achieved results flushed down the drain and as the kilos started to pile up, the feeling of guilt and self-loathing would gradually become part of my day.
When I joined Swanfit I was sceptical, thinking what have I gotten myself into? is this going to be another experience of money thrown out the window? Today, 5 weeks in, I am a 1000% a Swanfit believer. Tom and Sophie radiate contagious levels of energy. They believe in what they do and are genuine in their approach. I have enjoyed every single group session. While training I feel part of a community in which everyone supports, motivates and challenges one another. Since embarking in this new life path, I have seen my fitness levels improve each week, I am able to do exercises that I had never done before. The sessions are varied, fun and feel like they go really fast. I find the meal plans simple and easy to follow. I have never eating so many varied meals in a week. I feel in control of what I am eating and despite fallowing a calorie-controlled nutrition I haven’t felt hungry. I have learnt the importance of planning ahead. Not only have I seen a positive impact on my fitness levels and nutrition, but also, I have better metal clarity and feel more balanced emotionally. I have also seen a positive impact in my personal life and work, where I start the day feeling energised and feeling ready to conquer the world. Sophie and Tom have helped me take control back and to have a clearer understanding why I have embarked in this ride of a healthy life style. I highly recommend Swanfit. You wouldn’t just be joining a gym but an amazing community that will lift you up and support you through your journey.

Entered a 5 week challenge with swan fit at the end of 2017 and it was the best decision I have made in my life! I ended up losing 18cms and 5kgs in those 5 weeks! Start off with swanfit by doing there six week challenge and then signed on for a year. I enjoy the classes that the put on and I am excited to wake up in the morning to go to a class with energy and that is going to set me up for the day! This is the best gym ever! A place where you get fast results in a healthy way. Exercise and good nutrition is the only way to lose fat and get fit! I am 4 weeks in to my 6 weeks challenge, and I cannot express enough how choosing swanFIT is the best decision I’ve made for my internal and external wellbeing. In 3 weeks I lost 2.6kgs and 2cm from my waist. I use to struggle very bad with long distance running and asthma. My short term goal is to be able to run the shepherds park track in beach haven without any breaks, as my usual breaks are between 4-7 stops. Just last week I was able to run the shepherds park track with only 2 breaks. I find myself with a lot more energy to give through out my days. I am a lot more focused and engaged with my daily activities. Habits that have made me feel guilty have slowly died down, I do struggle some days but it’s all in the mental and it’s about practicing new habits on the daily. I feel amazing, I am very much happy here at swanFIT and with myself and my body is looking good!! I hold a massive amount of gratitude towards sophie and Tom! They’re amazing trainers and people! There is no judgement, anything you need they are there! So supportive and great motivators! The woman there are so kind and supportive, just a massive whānau with great banter! It is a hard journey but nothing will get in your way if you really want something.

I signed up for the 6-week challenge and loved the classes. Was great to push myself and meet other women who were on a similar journey. I felt much better at the end of the 6-weeks but thought that the 6% fat loss goal was a bit of a stretch for me to achieve and unfortunately it was. I would recommend others to do this challenge but only if they don't have anyone else that depends on them as you need to commit a lot more than the initial conversations suggest, plus it's hard to track your progress towards your goal as there are no half way checks.

The classes are fun, tough and I find I am pushed more in the group environment than I could do by myself.
I signed up for the 6 week challenge which was tough and at times tiring. I was very skeptical about hitting my goal as it is huge. But I’m also stubborn and pushed through with the classes and meal plan. I would recommend a halfway measure/photos for those that mentally need to see how they are progressing. It’s not at all an easy 6 weeks, but I did hit my goal and am definately happy with the results I can see and feel.
