From day one Hiit crew has been consistent with their level of care and commitment to their clients. I find this is a holistically diverse inclusive place, modern clean equipment, great atmosphere, awesome trainers who help you achieve your goals along the way. No two days are the same, they always mix up the workouts. I am always challenged & encouraged and leave feeling 1000% on a high off endorphins and energy! Highly recommend to all ages, sizes and fitness levels.

Clean and open studio with lots of range of gear includig boxing bags Super friendly and welcoming group of people with great trainers and lots of class times available. Definitely lives up to the name of being High Intensity Interval Training!
