Why???
Sandra todd is the best trainer. You want results join this gym and her classes. .
Plus the Gym has a wide range of equipments and awesome qualified trainers.

N.I have been with volition (used to be glen eden fitness) for over 10 years. The facilities are always clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful (especially Sandra).Great variety of classes and equipment to use. Great friendly members too! It’s like my second home!

F.This gym is amazing, I attended Les Mils in New Lynn however decided to give this place a go because it was closer to home. The staff members are very welcoming, friendly and polite. I love the atmosphere it is a positive environment where everyone focuses on their own journey. The equipment is great and the facility is always spotless clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend this gym, not to mention its never crowded.
D.This place is awesome compared to other gyms like CityFitness, the environment is so chill and not many people know about it. I love it.
O.No frills kind of gym, just how I like it! I come in, do my workout and I'm out. Perfect for those who like a good workout anytime of the week! Staff/trainers are helpful too when needed but leave you alone if you prefer. Equipments are repaired quickly when they breakdown and also get updated frequently.
T.Volition is awesome never stepped into the gym before until I came to Volition. All the love and support is amazing. Sandra is a fantastic trainer. Made beautiful friendships with other members. Thanks Volition you are awesome.

H.No frills gym but everything is modern and very clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I don't like is the timed showers but can get over that.
E.Handy, the showers feel pretty sterile but they are always upgrading equipment and pack a lot in. I like the studio where you can put videos on the big screen.
