I have been going to this spot for over 6 months now. Generally good experience and for its price, worth it. Could get crowded sometimes. Overall, good service.

Good lap pool & sauna. Sadly the leisure pool is often closed for swim & exercise classes - not so good for little kids or anyone wanting to splash around :( Until restrictions ease and their kids pool reopens, nearby Panmure Pools is a much better option for families (Jan 2020)

I really don't want to give a review about this place because it's a place where I can relax and feel at home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The spa steam and sauna are gold class. An addictive place to enjoy. Very relaxing and calm environment

The training and trainers are very helpful to help you reach your goals in the gym and group activities.

we used to be members here some years ago. We left because of the huge price jump. YMCA is a non profit and we did not expect it to charge at the very top level of gyms. We were told that it is because it has a pool. Not everyone wants to use the other facilities - just to go to the gym. Nor is it taken into account when there were three members from the same family, who were looking to join. Sorry that we will not be able to join you.

been going here the better part of a year now and no complaints! always clean, well kept, and a LOT of different workout options. I'm all about the GI YMCA life.

I love this place that much I ended up getting a membership! Staff are awesome, friendly and dedicated. There are great facilities and the staff keep it really tidy. A great way to relax and unwind as well as entertain a toddler!

The best gym in town. Foundation member 1992! Free parking; pools , spa, sauna, steam room; excellent gym facilities with spin, pump, step , suspension training , great instructors and heaps of locals; convivial atmosphere and rural views( with cows and horses grazing) to the Tamaki estuary.

Gym has skilled personal trainers however would be good if more women worked there to train female members. Sometimes you need to wait for machines, and the place can get a bit crowded depending on the time you go.
