N. D.I absolutely love this gym. The coaches/owners Khada and Claire are so friendly and welcoming; and have an absolute abundance of knowledge! I always feel supported and challenged to try my hardest. It’s such a great little community to be a part of. I would 100% recommend to anyone at any stage of life who wants to be active.
