F45 is for all body shapes, sizes and ages wanting to improve their own health and fitness. There are a variety of different workout routines that will always keep you interested. I have been a member at F45 Wigram for nearly 3 years and I have not looked back. Give it a go today!

Starting F45 has been the best decision! I hadn’t done any exercise in nearly 2.5 years since having a baby and I was very nervous to start. I didn’t think I would be able to keep up and was worried I wouldn’t know what to do but the team are truely amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and you can totally go at your own pace! Not only that, they will help you every class and make sure you are doing the right technique for each exercise. Everyone is so friendly and it’s just a bloody good vibe!!! Best way to start the day! If your thinking about starting, JUST DO IT.

F45 Wigram is the first ever F45 experience I’ve had and I won’t be looking back! I was pretty nervous about joining, but having now been there for a month I feel like part of the furniture. The trainers are awesome... not only helping with technique and to push me further, but also providing the laughs and energy everyday. The other members are also fantastic; people are always willing to chat and be friendly... Couldn’t ask for better!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend training at F45 Wigram. The trainers actively engage with you throughout the classes, just like a personal trainer would - correcting your form or helping you with any progressions/regressions. I've been to other group/circuit classes and F45, by far, beats any of them! The studio is a very inclusive and positive place, where they take the time to learn (and use) your name and what your goals are. Very much a community feel!

If you're looking for a place to finally lose that weight, get fit, build muscle then look no further than F45 Wigram! I have been a member since they have opened and I cannot imagine working out anywhere else. They have everything you need to reach your goals and incredible trainers to help support you get there. They go the extra mile! The atmosphere specifically at the Wigram branch is electric but you can also just be left to yourself if that's what you prefer too. Don't believe me then try it, I promise you'll be hooked.

Ever since I tried F45 is has been my favourite type of gym workout, especially with the team at Wigram studio. Being a busy person it is so easy to turn up for 45 mins and get a serious workout done for the day. The routine is key for me attending classes most days, there is always a time that suits, coupled with the enjoyment of the classes keeps me motivated. Each class, whether it be strength or cardio, pushes us to our limits and is fun at the same time! I leave every class feeling great and the trainers are bubbly and motivating. Definitely recommend F45 Wigram to get on track with your fitness and weight goals 👌

Group of trainers who are fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic. The workouts are always different, which keeps things interesting. Love the intensity of each session, and 45 mins just fly by every session really. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an intense & productive fitness program, but doesn't want to spend too much time working out.

My experience at F45 Wigram has been completely amazing. I've made friends with fellow F45ers and my trainers which has made the gym like my family. The workouts are always a challenge but you get a great sense of achievement once you've completed the session and you get support the whole way through! Team training. Life changing. I have been training at F45 Wigram since June 2017 & I can say that I still come out of every class feeling like I've given it my all as the trainers are motivating, easy to talk to & the class itself is so supportive. I recommend doing at least a trial - the feeling you have once you finish a work out is the best & you cannot beat it.
