L.Amazing atmosphere to train in. The staff are super friendly and always so helpful. They make you feel part of the family. State of the art equipment. The gym is always clean and hygienic. The METCON classes are an absolute killer and always different each week!! Fave place to train.
N.Loving the gym, although it isn't huge, I always find a comfortable space to workout. Coming from a large gym I try to find the best in the city. Price, cleanliness and friendly staff and they keep improving equipment which is super important. Hopefully it just doesn't get too busy.
J.I hadn’t been to the gym or done any sort of exercise for around 16 years. The team at Flex Fitness Riccarton were really welcoming, kind and encouraging. Joining the Shredders Programme gave me great confidence and motivation. Going to the gym is now a regular part of my week that I really enjoy❤️

E.Flex is a 10/10 gym. Really nice interior space, group classes right after work, and really friendly staff always sharing fitness tips. The equipment is quality, easy to use and nothings ever broken down! There's a great atmosphere in the gym, it's easy to get motivated to work out.

M.flex riccarton is a great place to train, nice new equipment, friendly staff and facility is always really clean and tidy. So glad I left city fitness, even have hair driers how good.
