The best and newest little CrossFit-style gym in town (actually not that little!). Coach G has created a safe haven for all levels of fitness and ability. Wherever you’re at on your strength and fitness journey, there’s a progression for you - from beginner to elite. Most of us lie somewhere in between and the whole coaching team are expert at encouraging, supporting and inspiring us to continually improve. Backed up by top notch programming from Comptrain. Classes are professional, friendly, welcoming and as challenging as you want or need them to be. Come join us!

Ginaya/G (owner/head coach) has created a wonderful space for people to train. Haven is not just a place to work on your fitness, G's coaching is holistic and aims to help us mentally and emotionally as well as physically. The Comptrain programming is amazing and there is a vast range of scales for each movement, so that anyone can train regardless of their skill level. I have had a couple of injuries over the last year and G has always found alternative ways for me to move my body so that I'm not putting any stress on those injuries. Nothing but good vibes at this gym, amazing coaches and amazing people to work out with. Love it!

Looking forward to the opening of this gym! I have trained with G (owner) for a couple of years now. When she decided to go out on her own I have jumped at the opportunity. She has fantastic knowledge and breaks things down so anybody can get the movements. Furthermore the community that is following is fantastic!

Had the first class today and all I can say is wow. Coaching was great with a large range of scale options available. Challenging workouts which are designed to push but not break you. Very friendly and helpful. Can't wait for the next class.

So so excited for this next journey. Coach G is amazing and i'm so grateful to have her and her new wonderful team, Help me and guide me to new hight's after my recent surgery. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Forever grateful for the effort, energy, blood, sweat and tears that has been put into providing us all a new whare. Bring it on. :)
