Been training here since I recently moved into the area and it's never too crowded, has a good range of equipment and is kept very clean! Overall great experience but, like any mainstream gym has terrible mainstream music lol... Wish they'd run a AUX ;)

Amazing gym, facilities are really good, shower is even better than my one at home! Staff are so friendly and always so attentive and happy to see you around, best gym ever! Been to 4 different gyms in town before and this one is by far the best!

The owner is the friendliest guy you’ve ever met, he makes it his mission to know all of his members by name. The staff are all so knowledgeable and positive. And all the other members I’ve met are really welcoming! I’ve never had a bad time here. Absolutely love this gym, the space, diversity and the inclusive atmosphere. It’s a real community gem. Hands down the best in the area.
