R.Friendly welcoming staff that are always there to help you out! Love training with PT Sophie. I have increased my fitness hugely and getting results 😊 Highly recommended!!
C.Have been signed up for almost one year and the staff are very approachable and friendly. equipment is always clean and tidy. I like the circuits they change up weekly as it means less thinking for me. Easy parking and usual peak times I’ve found enough space and equipment to do a decent workout.
H.Love Culture, great staff, great variety of equipment and the lane workouts are fantastic. Would definitely recommend, specially for a first timer wanting to gain confidence in the gym.
R.I love the approachable staff and it has all the equipment I need for my workout. My biggest problem is having enough time in between reps to pat the super friendly dog Benson.
