I love the support and encouragement from Alex, Mon and of course Johnny. If you are seeking a gym and need motivation i highly recommend the team at Central fitness, ive only been going for 6 months and 6 weeks of that i was in lock-down unable to go but ive been smashing my goals and enjoying the motivation from the team. Keep it up im looking forward to my first class session tomorrow evening (on a Friday who am i ?) its just insane.
J.Awesome gym, has every equipment you'd ever need, punching bag included. The staff is as friendly as can be, very helpful with membership questions and cancellations as well. If I was to live in cromwell forever, I'd be going to that gym until the very day that I'd die. 5 stars for me no questions asked, I'd give a 6th if possible. German quality standards and expectations not only met, but even exceeded.

Q.I have been going to Central Fitness for over a year now. The owners and other members are always friendly which makes for a great environment. The PT's are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people. I started out doing the PBKB class with Will. It was an awesome class to get my fitness back up scratch. Will also offers other classes (Barbell 102) which have taken my lifting skills to the next level with PB's across the board. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.
S.Love the gym, my training is good range of powerlifting and body building and the equipment there is perfect for any style of training. Good lighting and the owners and really good people, would definitely recommend if in Cromwell.
