M.I recently spent a week training at the Workshop Gym when on holiday from Australia. From the day I went in to sign up I was greeted by name every time, they went out of their way to accommodate me & my needs and I was so impressed by the quality and range of equipment in there. Can't recommend them enough, the atmosphere is great and its best gym I've trained at by far!
S.24 hours access is great. The best part running classes in mornings and evenings. Superfriendly staff, highly recommend to get your body in shape.
A.I personally LOVE this gym. Iv never been a gym person/junkie until i joined this gym. I gym every day. The vibe is Amazing. Matt Joelene and Duncan are all so awesome and supporting. Great prices and an amazing place overall.
