A. O.This is the greatest place! The staff and community are awesome. I was so unfit when I started and have been highly motivated by the range and quality of classes. It has change my physical and mental well being!!
P. S.Very clean space, nice and low-key, nice friendly staff and has a real community atmosphere. Great rates, equipment and a fantastic diverse range of classes to suit all ages. Recommended space to train in.

Absolutely amazing, being the procrastinator I am, I NEARLY left it too late to grab the exact membership I was after and with a few extra questions, checking with this & that person to make sure all information was correct and that I was signing up for what I needed.
