Great staff/trainers. Always a great and fun workout with a terrific group of people.

Great atmosphere and variety of workouts. The staff constantly swich thing up so you dont get bored. There is always good music playing to keep you going and the people there are very friendly and willing to help or just have a bit of banter. A great option for those who get easily bored or demotivated at the gym.

Since leaving high school all of my previous attempts of taking up regular exercise had never really built any momentum. After close to a decade of inactivity I decided to give AM I FIT a go and have never looked back. I am now in the best shape of my life.
Great trainers, great people and great new facilities. I would highly recommend for any fitness level.

After suffering from a sports injury and surgeries I struggled to get back in to any fitness regime. I contacted a few fitness providers and AM I FIT was the only one who showed genuine interest in helping. I had one on one sessions with Mike who quickly find out that I enjoyed boxing in my sessions. He challenged me to take my fitness to the next level by competing in the Southern Showdown a local charity boxing event. I had been inactive for 5 years!!! With his support I am proud to have accomplished this major challenge and win my bout! If you need help I would highly recommend AM I FIT. Their amazing sessions and support is unbelievable. Far better than I could ever had imagined.
