o.Great facilities, well trained and friendly staff , lots of members before and after work hours which is good for business but a bit uncomfortable as I need to wait for my round.
Maybe its time.to open another branch ?or shall I become a night member... haha
M.There's a reason I've been a member here for more than 4 years - I love this gym! The world wide branches are a bonus 😄
O.Always able to use equipment even during peak time. Some issues with equipment means that we are unable to watch live TV or listen to music while on treadmills or bikes etc.
A.Need some specialty bars (SWISS, SSB), and maybe some more free weight benches, but other than that, great.... Thank you for having me there
R.A pretty great gym - was a member for a year before moving on to working out from home. The equipment was almost new when I started but years of wear and tear seem to be causing the quality of the equipment to go down. Unfortunately you have about a 10% chance of actually syncing the LFConnect equipment with the app to track your workouts - not really a big issue for most but I was pretty disappointed that this was never rectified toward the end of my membership there.
L.Nice gym but not the best if you want to do compounds. Only 2 squat racks (with no other place to benchpress) which are often taken.
K.Friendly staff, clean and tidy, great atmosphere. Range of cardio, weight machines, and free-weights, fully equip to meet everyone's need. Shower facility is available for convenience, and more over, the gym is accessible at Anytime!! I totally love it!
K.Great gym. The staff are friendly and it never gets too busy (at the times I go anyway) to get on to the equipment you want to use.
