Argually the best gym on the South Island for BJJ & Boxing. Most coaches there are fantastic at what they do. Warning: Do not take classes with the guy there that goes by the name Mille. He fancies himself as a fitness coach but he has no understanding of basic physiology and anatomy. He teaches terrible boxing techniques to new people that couldn't tell the difference. I can't imagine how much injury he has caused. Like most gyms in NZ, hygene on the jiu jitsu mats could be improved.
