New gym goer here - nice friendly helpful staff and the regulars are pretty good too. Can't compare the equipment levels but seems lots to do different things and not that busy at the times I go...

Good gym, state of the art equipment and clean. Day pass costs 10$, they provide you with a locker and lock. You can rent a towel for 2$ or bring your own.

Overall a good place, clean, good gear. The down side is the toilets and changing rooms dont have much room. And there is no boxing equipment i.e. boxing bags etc

The gym is awesome the people are friendly and helpful their is aerobics and all kinds of activities and programmes for young and old. Highly recommended
