C. M.I have been a member since about May. Since being with them they have helped me with and been understanding with my epilepsy, the personal training sessions and classes have been amazing. The personal trainers are incredible and know how to optimize what you want to achieve and would highly recommend even if 30 minutes once a week it is worth it. I am more motivated more now, I am feel healthier and have a goal s. It has improved me in so many areas, I've lost 7kg and looking forward to what this year brings! Goal setting!
