Fast Fit is amazing!!! I have never been able to commit long-term to the Gym but training with Emily and the awesome group of people she trains is just so much fun! I look forward to every session and am loving seeing the results too! Losing weight, building muscle. Emily also does check in's and helps with goal setting and nutrition which all helps in reaching goals.

Emily and her team at fast fit are amazing, they are more like a family than anything. The support is incredible! The training sessions are catered specifically to the clients and you have plenty of options of what type of training suits you and your environment. I have lost dress sizes and gained major confidence while working alone side Emily and her team. In fact I am 42kg down from my heaviest weight! It’s all about lifestyle change and they don’t push harsh diets or anything like that. It’s fun, it’s a community of great people and it’s life changing!

I joined Fast Fit as an 'online' member following Lock Down & have really enjoyed the whole experience. Emily and the team provide lots of information, personal development opportunities and workout routines either live online or recorded sessions that I can access. I live rurally so this is a good option for me. I would recommend joining to anyone that is dedicated to improving their fitness, health & general well being.

Fast Fit takes a much more holistic approach to help you reach your goals. There are fortnightly zoom mindfulness and nutrition calls that aim to teach you a more positive way to approach your training goals. Emily provides wonderful guidance on how to set your goals in both the long term and short term periods that include thinking about other aspects in your life. The trainers at Fast Fit are highly motivated to help you reach your goals. There are also opportunities to check in with your trainers online or by phone to help keep you on track and provide any guidance you may need. The business is also constantly evolving to meet clients' needs. Perhaps one of the best part of Fast Fit though is how it fosters a sense of community that enables you to meet others on the same journey in both fitness and fun settings. I love Fast Fit and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to change their life.
