Cant recommend Kangatraining and Georgie enough! Started doing Kanga with my baby when she was 4months and found it was more than a mums and bubs exercise class, it was also a awesome place to let your baby interact with others, chat to other mums and talk about women's and postnatal health. Georgie is so supportive, experienced and has so much knowledge on womens health! If you've had a baby and wanting to get in some exercise as well as find some like-minded mama's look no further 💗

Kanga is an amazing class both mentally and physically. The exercises are fun and easy to follow, Georgi is a great instructor who makes sure everyone is included and doing well, and the support amongst mamas is just amazing. I love kanga and cant wait to start again with baby #2!!

This was such a great class for getting me back into exercise after having a baby. Everything is really low impact, which is what your body needs after giving birth! The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and supportive, you can really make some good friends here.
Georgie is such a lovely instructor and my takes the time to make sure people are doing the exercises correctly.
I'm looking forward to going back with my next baby soon!

Love kanga with Georgie! After a year with my first child I've come back with my second. It's a great way to exercise without the concern of child care or worrying about my baby not letting me put her down. It's also been a great way to meet new people!
