Have stayed here several times over the years in different rooms of this hotel. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping centres. Affordable as well. See you next time

One of the best Eggs Benedict I've had in a very long time highly recommended it and one of the best place as well to get a coffee from.

No microwave. If you're parking there, be prepared for a lot of walking, it's a hike going back and forth. But the room was nice, loved the huge bed. Not enough room for a lounging area so check what your room has before u book.

We had a lovely stay there this July. Our room was spacious, quiet and had all the amenities. Stuff are super friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice enough rooms, a few minor things needed maintenance nothing major. I left some brand new sunglasses there and they were located and held at reception for me to then organize collection - That was very much appreciated. Would stay again.

Practically it's a good space. Great on the outside, but hotel spaces are a little bit small....for shower little risky Marvel titles are not to safe. Price great recommend them, in town

Spent 4 nights at Ramada, Hamilton. The hotel is semi-refurbished and is a mix of old and new stuff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Secured car park with plenty of restaurants in min walk. However, an unpleasant smell in the room and general area was a big question mark. Staff helped me to change the first room as the smell was so offensive. Not recommended.

It's being refurbished now and the lift isn't working. The room is small and the bathroom as well. Staff are helpful. There's a cafe on the ground floor with a decent breakfast.

Nice enough hotel, but our bed sheets had a large brown stain on it that was attempted to be covered up by a throw blanket placed at the end of the bed. Convenient location, but close to all the bars so can get loud at night. Limited parking.

Fantastic open and sunny spot. One of the best eggs bene I have ever had. Did two hours of work there, and the staff just let me get on with it.. Great experience. Highly recommend..

Very accommodating at such short notice. The parking is somewhat secure. Finding your room can be a bit of a maze. The rooms are decent but the bathrooms are extremely cramped. A good experience none the less.

For me cleanliness is a priority and this hotel is clean. The homeless people hanging around the front of the hotel were hardly decorative, at least they did not engage us, so un-harmful. The hotel itself is pretty dated and lay out is all over the place. Good value for money.

Recommend this accommodation in the centre of town. Very friendly staff, to assist you. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Will stay there again.

Reception desk was very friendly and helpful, both night shift and morning. Loved the brick interior. The room was perfect for a quick stay and had everything we needed. AC and tv included with a pretty spacious shower!

The hotel is conveniently located in town and within easy walking distance to ***y restaurants and shops including the casino. Recommend for short term stays on a budget.

Strange place, cheap enough and clean enough. You feel like you are going through a maze. It was like an Apartment set up. We had a tea towel but it would be nice if we had some dishwashing liquid. No desk. The bar was not open because they have no liquor manager. The disappointing thing is, we were there for 5 nights and had to pay it when they had plenty. Hmmmmm

When i checked it, it was by a male staff and he was rather cold, when i check-out the female staff had a smile and was a bit more outspoken. The room itself was just alright, pretty much everything's provided but having no ventilation made the room a bit hot and the bed sheets made it even hotter for summer. Having the A/C helped a bit, couldn't leave the windows open due to the noises outside.

Service: Sudima is generally fine. Carpet was in bad shape. The room was on the main street and very noisy all night. I was given a choice of room and made to feel very welcome. Basically, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and the location is great.

Stayed with them for 3 days just nd to update the bed and linin otherwise awesome and very clean

The professional photos did not resemble our room. Could not clear the room of the musty smell. Bathroom surfaces need upgrading. Towels are stored on a shelf above the sink so you have nowhere to hang towels after use (we had to ask for more) and no where to place your toiletries This will not put us off returning.

Staff were friendly and very close to some nice restraunts. Looks and smells a bit like a hospital inside. Lights in the coridoors are very bright and stream into the room at night - makes for a bit of a rough night sleep when you need complete darkness.

Very central location. I had arrived a little earlier than 2pm and upon checking my room was ready. It's right in the center of town and with that you may encounter some colourful personalities hanging around outside. The hotel is situated by the main street with a lot of restaurants, which we really liked.

Old quaint building in a good location and close to restaurants and Waikato river walk. Clean rooms with a microwave available. The walk from the car park to get to the lifts were rather long and can be inconvenient. Felt like we were in the back of house area of the hotel.

Could not fault this hotel. Great location in the CBD of Hamilton. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hamilton which is very handy to the restaurants and directly opposite the casino. Walking distance to shops and bars. The shower was fine but changed temperature a few times.

On arrival the hotel itself is quite tucked in and hard to see but once you get in its a well kept hotel. It’s a quaint quiet town where you can simply loiter around the streets and enjoy the weather, but unfortunately it was raining the day we ventured in. Breakfast was available.

Good place to stay considering it was a last minute booking, room was clean, service was great. Will be back once construction in the foyer is complete.

Convenient and handy to the CBD and surrounded by great places to eat. The carpark is helpful allowing you to park up for the day and walk to the city centre places you need to visit.

If you staying for night or weekend in town this hotel is for you and if you planning to stay for few nights for work I wouldn’t recommend tbh. Doesn’t have kitchen in it not even a water tap to drink water.

I stayed in an economy room and was still pleased with the size of the room. We had two double beds and room to move around. Not a great location, but still nice.

Clean refreshing room, it wasn't too pricey, everything you needed. Thanks Days Hotel & Suites, we had a wonderful stay.

Rooms are big but can be cleaner. Close to one of the main thoroughfares. Looks like the place is under construction.

Located in the center of town. The rooms were ok with no views. Friendly staff. Parking for guests is very congested and has a $10 parking fee.

The front staff were very obliging not to foget very polite our stay was affordable, comfortable and clean and to top it off we could park our vehicle up because the location was very central and ideal for us and we definately would go back again.

Walked into this Hotel without a Booking Hotel clerk on Duty gave a good deal cheaper than any website!

Stayed here for the night while in Hamilton over the weekend. Nothing special, everything you'd expect. It's 4 stars, nothing wrong with it - just nothing special.

(Translated) Great location, reasonable size room for two people, however the bathroom is miniscule / smallish. We paid for coffee and internet, but when we arrived here the wifi did not work and we did not have breakfast in the hotel. To make matters worse, our room was in the back and had a spotlight directed to the bedroom window all night. Disappointing! (Original) Otima localização, quarto de tamanho razoável para duas pessoas, porém o banheiro é minúsculo/ridículo de pequeno. Pagamos café e internet, mas quando chegamos aqui o wifi não funcionou e não tinha café da manhã no hotel. Para piorar, nosso quarto era nos fundos e tinha um holofote direcionado para a janela do quarto a noite inteira. Decepcionante!
