With a generous selection of free weights, state of the art machines and quality cardio equipment you'll find everything thing you need to stay in shape.The space is modern and clean with a contemporary fit-out including private shower rooms. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry and always display a positive and friendly attitude. Group classes, sports massage and one on one personal training sessions are also available.

A.Visited as a casual from MELBOURNE and this place is fantastic. Damon and the others clearly take pride in their gym. Well set out, impeccably maintained and great equipment. Great protein shake at the end as well. Would highly recommend getting there for training sessions 🤘🤘
