A.Great gym. Clean equipment, spacious, heaps of weights and clean facilities. New equipment all the time and owner operators who are great. No broken equipment and you can always get a park and straight into your work outs.
Worth paying the extra couple dollars per week, if your serious about a great gym you can skip that scone and flatwhite.
W.Joe and Gary are fabulous owners of this gym. I have been to a few gyms over the years and flex is definitely my favorite. So friendly, with great staff, equipment and classes. A great gym for all ages.
L.Absolutely love Flex Fitness Kaiapoi. It’s such a awesome gym, so clean, amazing equipment and great/supportive staff. Flex offer so many classes and are open 24hours so it caters to everyone. Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
C.I have absolutely loved my time at Flex Fitness Gym. Such a friendly and supporting environment. The staff and trainers are super lovely. It is such an awesome space, with everything you need and the classes are great. They've set a high standard! Absolutely guttered I've moved away.
C.Honestly the best gym experience I have ever had. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the gym fitout is modern with high quality equipment. And the trainers are worth their weight in gold! Bevan's support and positive reinforcement is a huge component in my own motivation. Flex is the first gym I've actually felt comfortable in ☺️
N.I find them to great. Lots of new and up to date equipment, fancy ensuites with hair dryers and straighteners and a smoothie bar with a fridge of cold drinks and merchandise. Just wished they brought back more during classes like 11am or 2pm
r.Great gym with great trainers that are down to earth but will push you to do more that you thought was possible. Mia, Steph and Jay are next level with great chat. Highly recommend

s.Wow what a Gym, such friendly and welcoming staff and they cater for clients like myself that are not a gym goer. If you want a gym that treats you as a person and not just another paying member and get a great result that suits you. I suggest you try these guys
