B.Cole and MorMor are thé actual bomb! If you want a gym where you get results, motivated by knowledgeable instructors who are passionate about their business and your health outcomes then this is a cool gym with whanau vibes and a place to attain your health goals. Awesome members who keep you motivated and keep you wanting to go back. As soon as we move back we’ll be joining the number 1 gym in the Bay!! You wanna get your fit in then Fundamental has you!!!
H.Hands down the most friendliest and welcoming fitness class i have ever been to. From my first day i felt like part of the team and have never looked back since. Plus the first time you go and trail a class it is free, not many other places around offer a try before u buy and i guarantee you will be going back for more!

S.I highly recommend Fundamental Force Fitness. Excellent coaches, small group classes, exciting programming which can be scaled to all fitness levels and the added bouns I can bring my kids along. I went from never having done a burpee to not sighing when I see them up on the whiteboard BUT its not just about getting fit and strong, from the moment you walk in the door you are treated as part of the whanau which is what really makes Fundamental Force fitness special.
P.I have been to many gyms around Auckland, and when I moved home and had a few sessions with FFHQ I had never felt more authentically welcomed or supported. They bring and awesome whānau vibe, Cole and Morz are so down to earth and just willing to help you on whatever fitness journey you are on! B.Kia Ora I have been a member of Fundamental Force Fitness for over 2yrs. I have tried many gyms and have never felt so at home at FFF. The coaches make you feel welcomed the minute you walk through those doors (you are not just a number) The members, as well as the coaches encourage and support you, check in with you from time to time.
