d.The best Gym in Northland!! Only Gym in Northland that is 24hours, only Gym in Kerikeri that has consistent friendly, happy, supportive staff, and the array of professional equipment is a benefit for any Gym Goer who really wants to workout. I highly recommend.

S.Every time I go to Kerikeri I train at Strength Works and I’ve got to say - I’m so grateful to Jade and Joseph for putting together such a unique and well put together gym. It gets to the point now where I get excited to holiday up north and can’t wait to get to Strength Works! Not only is the equipment awesome and well set up, but the gym is always spotless and the staff are awesome. THANK YOU guys!!!
I.The 24 Hour Concept works great, the location is spotless, the equipment is modern and well set up and the staff is welcoming. Apart from that it offers awesome boxing lessons with a motivated and knowledgeable teacher.
S.Friendly staff always ready to help with any questions. Great being 24/7 so theres no excuse not to go! Awesome environment friendly members and they offer great PT sessions if you need that extra motivation 😁
