I've been a member for close to 5 years and I plan to stick around for many more. Love that it's 24 hours and all the staff are super friendly! James the manager is awesome, super personable and is constantly adding upgrades to equipment and classes, keeping it fresh and exciting! If you're not a member and looking for a gym to join that is awesome - this is the place for you!

My Mother (Fariba) is going to this Gym and always says good thing about Geremy. He and all other staffs are so Generous and kind. We recommend this Gym highly to everyone.

This gym is great! The staff is really friendly, the equipment is awesome..there is everything what you need and more. James the manager is super helpful and I’ve taken class with him and it was great..I really enjoy visiting this gym. Highly recommended.

Great gym with friendly staff. One thing that makes this gym stand out is the quality of equipment and the fact that if anything breaks (which is very seldom), it's always fixed within a day or two - something that has been an issue with other gyms I've belonged to. Great classes here too!

I love love love Fit Factory Kumeu!!! I always worried about going to the gym and feeling out of place and not knowing where to start, but when I went to sign up I was welcomed so nicely, shown around and given lots of pointers on where to start! The free classes are awesome! The vibe is fantastic! And man, we are achieving our goals! Definitely the best local gym!!!!

Joined the Fit Factory Fam 3 weeks ago. Best decision I made. Everyone's super friendly and the Classes are awesome. Manager James made it easy to sign up and has helped me smash my gym goals. Would recommend this gym to anyone in the area and the 24hr access makes it even better!
