C.Very friendly/knowledgeable staff, spacious gym floor with high quality equipment/weights/machines, platform with bumper plates, additional room for stretching/cycling/classes, open 24/7, this is an awesome gym and I highly recommend it.

Would love to see a coffee/juice with option for nutritional , info , and social hub .

M.I love this gym! Brand new, sparkling, state of the art equipment, family friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff who are great at showing you the ropes! If you want to work out with people of all ages and abilities in a really comfortable environment this is the place to be. My daughter and I both joined and had complimentary programmes done to suit our fitness level and strengths. As a bonus I've lost 2.5kg over the last 3 weeks and it hasn't even been hard work, and I feel great. Come along!
