It's a good gym with lots of equipment ranging from free weights to machines. Plenty of classes and break out areas. There are personal trainers available to guide you through when you start up or to help you on your fitness journey. The cost is pretty cheap with several options to choose from.

Parking not great unless you go on weekend or park at the 2hr free carpark by the riverbank, but the gym is good, got most things that you would expect from a 24/7 gym.

Great gym, good amount of equipment and everyone's polite.

If you are looking for value from a gym check this out. At $7 per week this is the hottest price in town. You'll easily find their branches in most suburbs, from Hutt Valley to Wellington and beyond. No need to pay double or triple the price as you would elsewhere. Parking for this branch is good, find parks along the riverbank in Daly St. or in High Street, at the southern end. Don't be surprised if you find that many of your fitness friends workout here as there is a good supply of equipment and ample room for all.
