I'm at the stage where I need to get back into my fitness especially the resistance side of things. Renee from Tribal Phoenix has been a great inspiration and very encouraging by making sure I have the right technique for all the variety of exercises. If I struggle with a certain exercise, there is always an alternative. I found I haven't any injuries but only the usual muscle soreness. Also a great group atmosphere and support. Because of Renee's enthusiasm and encouragement it keeps me motivated to come back for more. I would thoroughly recommend Tribal Phoenix
