N.Awesome functional fitness programming, friendly coaches and a great community. I've built my strength heaps since I started here. You can go to classes, use the open gym and get excellent nutritional advice, so if you want to be fit for life, I totally recommend this gym. Great for beginners and serious athletes who want to compete.
