B. D. P.The most amazing gym. An all ladies gym with the most modern equipment. Heaps of amazing trainers and friendly gymers. They share recipes for good health and specific diets. They enter competitions for muscle builders. I am still a newby but have enjoyed each session. (As much as one can enjoy a workout that hurts.🤣😂) There is a lot of friendly banter among the ladies. In every session I have been to, there has been a person or sometimes more than one who has help me use my station correctly. When you are new the trainers also look after you and demonstrate again. Not one session is the same, we do a variety of different circuits. Love it. Love it.🏋♂️🏋♀️🏋
