E.Great gym visited whilst on holiday away from home they do casual rates
S.The best gym I've trained in in NZ, if not the world. The quantity of weight plates, bars and the weight range of dumbells means this is a gym for your average Joe, weightlifter, bodybuilder and powerlifter. The mix of cardio, weight machine and free weight equipment means a broad range of workouts can be achieved, and with the outstanding support and knowledge of the owner, the goals that are set can be achieved.
The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming and the clientele and decor is inspiring. I can't rate this gym highly enough.
N.Great Powerlifting comp. Very friendly owner (allowed us to check out facility night before comp). Very nice set up with beautiful dogs on site
